OpsWarden gives business owners a fast, free estimate of what a specific operational problem is likely costing them, based entirely on what they tell us. Paid tiers offer a deeper written diagnosis and, in some cases, a phone or on-site session. Nothing OpsWarden produces is professional financial, legal, accounting, or operational advice unless explicitly delivered as a paid session and agreed to separately. Free and automated outputs are estimates for informational purposes only.
Some paid features require creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
Paid unlocks are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your card information. Prices are shown in USD before you pay. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access other users' data, submitting false information to abuse pricing or free-tier limits, or using the Site to build a competing product from scraped content.
The Site and everything it produces — free estimates, paid diagnoses, and any automated content — are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Estimates and diagnoses are generated automatically from the information you provide and general industry benchmarks; they are not audits, investigations, or professional opinions, and we make no representation that they are accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation.
Nothing on the Site constitutes professional business, financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or operational advice, and no advisor-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Site, regardless of how the output is worded. Any decision you make based on content from the Site — including decisions about staffing, spending, operations, or anything else — is made entirely at your own discretion and your own risk. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it, and for the consequences of any action or inaction you take as a result.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsWarden and Ryan M. Hailey from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your reliance on any content it produces. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
