OpsWarden is operated by Ryan M. Hailey, sole proprietor, based in San Marcos, California. This page explains what we collect when you use opswarden.org and why.

1. What We Collect

• What you tell us in the assessment — your industry, the problem you describe, and the numbers you give us (frequency and dollar value). This is stored so we can generate your result and, if you continue, a deeper diagnosis.
• Contact information — if you choose to get a deeper look, we collect your name, email, and optionally your company name.
• Account information — if you unlock a paid tier, we create an account via our authentication provider (Netlify Identity), tied to the email and password you choose.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

2. How We Use It

We use what you share to calculate your estimate, generate any paid diagnosis you unlock, follow up if you've asked to be contacted, and process payment for anything you buy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run OpsWarden, each of which processes data on our behalf:

• Netlify — hosts the Site, our database, and our authentication system.
• Paddle.com Market Limited — processes payments and acts as merchant of record for anything you purchase.
• Anthropic — powers the AI-generated portion of the paid diagnosis; the specific details of your assessment are sent to Anthropic's API to generate that content.

We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We keep assessment and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

The Site uses minimal, functional cookies needed for login sessions. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top when we do.
